I. Getting Started

  • Login

  • 1. Go to Manulife's homepage at www.manulife.com.hk.
    2. Select Employer, and click LOGIN.
    3. Enter your Manulife Customer Number (MCN) & PIN to login.
    4. Your MCN has already been sent to you 10 days after your insurance policy was successfully set up.

  • Activate your PIN

  • 5. First-time users must activate their PIN.
    6. Input your PIN and Business Registration (BR) Number, then enter your new PIN.

  • Forgot your PIN?

  • 7. If you do not have a PIN or if you have forgotten your PIN, simply request one online.
    8. Your PIN will be mailed to your address in our records within seven business days.


    II. View your Policy Details

  • Account Overview

  • 9. Account Overview shows you the policy details with headcount information under different benefit plans (if applicable).
    10. You can view Head Count Statistics by clicking into different plans.

  • Account Balance

  • 11. Account Balance shows a summary of your current balance.
    12. From the Account Balance section, you may also view the details of Debit Note and Change Summary.
    13. This feature provides you with the details of billed premiums for each insured member.

  • Claims

  • 14. Do you want to check the claim status of your members?
    15. Go to Claims. You can search by certificate number or view by claim status.
    16. Claims processed in the past three months can be shown with details, such as Claim Type, Claim Status, Claimed Amount, Paid Amount and Payment Status.

  • Benefit Schedule

  • 17. To review your group insurance benefits, Benefit Schedule will help.
    18. Select the effective date and benefits and your group medical benefits are shown with details.

  • Surgical Schedule

  • 19. To have a preliminary estimation on the reimbursement amount applicable for an operation or a procedure, you can check Surgical Schedule.
    20. The classification of a particular Surgeon's Fee is shown.
    21. You may then refer to your benefits schedule for reimbursement rates and maximum limits applicable for different classifications.

  • Panel Doctor List

  • 22. If your policy is entitled to the Panel Doctor Service, you may access the clinic details in Panel Doctor List.
    23. Select a specific Plan, Benefit, Zone and District, and click Search.
    24. You are then shown the contact information and opening hours of a selected panel doctor.


    III. Manage Your Account

  • Insured Member Enquiry & Updates

  • 25. You may use e-way to enquire, process enrolments and terminations and update details of your employees and their dependents.
    26. Go to Employee & Dependent Enquiry & Update.
    27. Click the certificate number and select the following function that you would like to execute: Employee Termination, Employee Update, Dependent Addition and Dependent Termination.
    28. All you need is just a few clicks away!

  • Member Enrolment

  • 29. If your group policy has more than 20 insured employees, you may process enrolment online.
    30. Online enrolment is very convenient and secure. Simply click New Employee Enrolment and provide the information required.
    31. You should take notes that if Evidence of Insurability is required, please submit the required documents to Manulife for further processing immediately.

  • Other Information Updates

  • 32. You may also update your group’s Administration Contact Information and employees’ Salary information (if applicable).
    33. You may also customize your login Username and change your PIN as part of your account administration.

  • 34. You may track and review your online request submissions in the Transaction Log.
